December is known to many as the month of joy, year-end bonuses, exchange gifts, and sales promotions in the spirit of Christmas! And this year is most especially unique for Sales Ninja as we, too, have joined in the spirit of giving.

In the past, Sales Ninja has encouraged many professionals and amateurs alike to go all out and bring home that extra commission to enjoy a more fulfilling and easy life. But what about the life of others? What would we do differently this time around compared to the past?

Donating is Rewarding

Starting from November, Sales Ninja has begun to donate to various organizations that provide water filters to countries where such infrastructure is needed. It is the incentive that we want to provide to our clients as much as encouraging our clients to do the same: for every sale our clients close, Sales Ninja will donate to an organization to help underprivileged people.

But don’t let Sales Ninja take the spotlight alone, everyone should donate even a small piece to help others in need because that is the nature of the human experience: compassion and love.

Sales Equal Life

Sales, no matter from where or to whom, provides revenue for a business and this is the life and blood for everyone involved. The revenue pays for one’s salary, their commission, the annual bonus, that annual dinner, and all the benefits that follow.

This is what gives the working life meaning and it’s what many people tend to forget after working in this field for so long. When it comes to sales, people will struggle but mainly for themselves for that extra commission when they do not see the bigger picture that their sales provide for everyone in the business. Think of sales as your way to giving to your colleagues more than your company.

Christmas Around the Corner

During these times of the year, the buying power of many would slow down or even desist until 2019.  But it is also the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the slow fall! Because just as many people who are saving up for next year’s budget and purchasing.

In a time of uncertainty, you should definitely approach those who have an immediate plan in the future. Seek them out and use this time to pitch them for future projects to ensure future sales come in. If you continuously seek immediate opportunities, then you may find yourself in a loop of rejection after rejection.
