I just finished a training where the participants were required to hit the streets to do some selling.
One of the performers achieved the targets when there were 30 minutes left in the game. He messaged me asking me whether he can rest because he had already hit the targets.
I told him no and asked him to push himself harder to the next level.
Do you have this kind of salespeople in your team? Those that hit the targets and then go into resting mode; rather than going for more?
Here are some lessons:
Always achieve more. Why?
More = Income.
More = Proof of capability.
More = Training yourself to push to the limits.
Never limit yourself.
Never rest until the time has finished.
