There are customers having a problem that they have given up trying to solve and the best thing is, you have the solution. Unfortunately, they don’t know about you and the services you provide. I was satisfied with the results. I might even buy a different color for my other car.
When you sell your products, make sure they are good products. You don’t want a customer who tries out your product and realize that they were conned into buying an inferior quality product. Not only they won’t buy from you again, but they will tell their friends about it and you can be sure that most of them won’t buy your products too.
Aim to get satisfied customers. Satisfied customers can be repeat customers, and satisfied customers will bring in more new customers.
Salespeople must always prospect for new customers. There are so many people out there who have problems that you can solve. If your competitors reach them first, you’ll lose out. Learn to use powerful testimonials to close sales. And lastly, ensure that every customer you sell to is a satisfied customer.
