Saw this at Italiannies restaurant at Sunway pyramid, a shopping mall. It\u2019s always good to upsell a customer. We can recommend a good dessert or an extra drink. Since the customer is already there, why not just ask?<\/p>\n
One way to increase sales is to increase the transaction size of the sale. So a meal of say $70 with an upsell of the desert of $7 is a 10% increase in sales.<\/p>\n
The only problem with dining at Italiannies is their portion is so big you can hardly finish the main course if you took a starter!<\/p>\n
