What is Sales Ninja Key Account Management (KAM)?

Sales Ninja KAM is a specially designed 2 days professional key account management training that focuses on investing in people, process, tools and time to grow our current accounts. It is an intentional journey with predictable outcome.

This training is geared toward developing key account managers to sell more products and services effectively and ultimately achieve better win rates, conversions, up-sells and cross-sells.
