I Decided Not To Send My Car To This Car Wash Shop After Reading All These Reviews

Do you like having your car clean and shiny? Like you, I love having my spotless and I’ll wash it once a week at least. Over these past few years, I’ve always noticed those shops in the parking basement offering car wash and detailing services and I thought, Hey, I wouldn’t mind sending my car there to try it out.

I can at least get it washed and waxed while I’m shopping and that also saves my time from finding parking spots.

So, I did some research about the company and the reviews were very surprising! I’m going to show you some of them below. You MUST avoid this if you are running a business.

1. They were rude to customers

That was a customer who is ready to pay for their services. Instead of convincing him to send his car, they rudely threw that business away. Customer service reflects your company. If customers are being treated this way, they won’t come back. A good customer service will make customers feel important and appreciated.

When providing a service, ensure that you are giving the best services to your customer! Don’t make things worse off than before for the customer like scratching their car.
