22 Year Old Sales Ninja Staff Just Got A New Kawasaki Ninja After Waiting For Months

At 9am today, our 22 year old Sales Ninja Syahnaz rode into office with a spanking new bike, the Kawasaki Ninja! He was practically beaming over his new bike and was very proud of it!

5 months back before joining Sales Ninja, he planned to save up for a new bike.

At the same time, he saw this Sales Ninja’s job advertisement


He applied for the job and got a position as a Sales Ninja HUNTER. He worked hard, prospected everyday for new customers, showed outstanding commitment and finally met his goal within 3 months!

Here are things that you must know..

1. With A Goal In Mind, You Will Push Yourself

Goals drive a person. In Syahnaz’s case, he got his dream bike just months after joining Sales Ninja. How? He knows that in order to pay for the bike, he needs X amount of money and in order to achieve that, he needs to close Y number of sales.

Sales people need to have GOALS to close more sales. Your goal could be to buy a new house, a new car, to be the best sales person in your company or even to give your family a comfortable life. With those goals, you’ll work towards it and push yourself so that your goals will be achieved.

Without a goal, you’ll only be drifting with nothing to look forward to.

2. You’ll Get Pain.. Lots Of It.

It won’t be easy.

You’ll face with tough challenges. Syahnaz received lots of cancelled appointments, customers pulling back because of unavailability and unsuitable dates. Any sales person would be disappointed and feel down, he was too. But he moved on to the next prospect and continued closing.

Most sales people feel depressed when situations don’t go their way. A demotivated sales person might just pack up and avoid making anymore calls for the day and go home.

Sales people have 2 choices. To be a regular bike or a super bike.
